CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

Key Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of learning programs in order to build employee capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning. This includes supporting training needs analysis, learning communication, training coordination, learner engagement, feedback collection, and post-training reporting.
Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing and learning content activities in order to make practical knowledge more accessible and reusable across the organization. This includes supporting internal speaker sessions, learning materials, and LMS content creation.
Support performance management activities in order to help managers and employees set clear goals, give feedback, and conduct fair performance reviews. This includes supporting goal-setting communication, ongoing feedback initiatives, performance review preparation, data tracking, manager guidelines, and system development.
Support talent pipeline development programs in order to build a strong pool of high-potential employees for future critical roles. This includes supporting participant tracking, learning activities, business project follow-up, assessment preparation, and progress reporting.
Support engagement and organization development initiatives in order to understand employee sentiment and improve organizational effectiveness. This includes supporting engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus group preparation, culture-building initiatives, and action planning follow-up.
Analyze L&OD data and feedback in order to generate simple, actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement. This includes consolidating learning data, survey results, performance/talent inputs, feedback comments, and preparing dashboards, reports, or presentation materials.
Coordinate cross-functional L&OD projects in order to ensure smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely follow-up.
Requirements
Strong interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organization Development, or people-related work.
Strong learning agility: able to quickly understand new concepts and business contexts, synthesize information, and learn from feedback
Good structured thinking and numerical sense; comfortable working with data, reports, and analysis.
Clear and concise communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Open-minded, curious, and proactive in experimenting new ideas, exploring new ways of working, and applying AI tools.
Resilient and adaptable; able to handle new, urgent, complex, or ambiguous assignments in a fast-paced environment.
High ownership and follow-through; willing to take responsibility and deliver quality work with attention to detail.
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
